- Thank you for the cards, persiflage_1, revolutionaren and vandonovan (such a cute card! ♥)! revolutionaren, your handwriting is very like my sister's, so much so that it caused me a moment of panic along the lines of "ohnoes, The Sister has sent me an actual card through the actual post to my actual flat and I have not done likewise! She is the Queen of Organisation and I am just a fule." But then I opened it and it was all ok again.

- I'm going straight from work to the station to catch a train back to Cheltenham tonight. Fingers crossed the queue for tickets will not be as long as it sometimes is of a Friday; hopefully by this point all the students will have gone home and the only people travelling will be proper grown-ups with cars and stuff. As usual I have got far too much stuff with me, including two cameras, as I turned my flat upside down last night looking for my film one, eventually gave up and packed the digital one, only for the film one to turn up this morning. In my sock drawer. Where I'd already looked. *headdesk*

- Whittards close to calling in administrators. Nooooo, not Whittards! They have the best sales, most of my mugs are from there. D: On the other hand I never go near the coffee section as I can't stand coffee, so.

I'm hoping someone will bail them out... they said on the radio that they're owned by an Icelandic company, so hopefully someone that's doing slightly better will buy them.
