Unexpected Patrick Troughton!

I was watching Adam Adamant Lives! tonight when I spotted a familiar face. "Good Lord," said I, "it's Patrick Troughton!" And so it was. He was only in one scene right at the beginning, but it was a good scene.
He has a huge map with pins in it and at least four telephones. This is how we know he is Important.
His job is to get the plot going by telling Adam about this week's shenanigans. Adam is suitably shocked. He makes this face a lot.
EYEBROW.
Also in this episode were Michael Sheard, Iain Cuthbertson (who was in The Ribos Operation) and, according to IMDB, at least seventeen other people who've also been in Doctor Who at some point. British TV: very incestuous or QUITE RIDICULOUSLY incestuous?
