Indeed it is! It's one of my favorites from the Baker era :) Despite the dated effects. (I swear they used green bubble wrap for Wyren[sp] larva XD)

They did! On the commentary they talk about how bubble wrap was pretty rare (in Britain, at least) at the time - if they'd realised how ubiquitous it was going to become, they'd've probably used something else...

Dang, no more Doctor Who icons :( Is that commentary on the DVD? I've been considering buying an old school Doctor Who DVD, but so far I haven't been able to decide which one to buy.

Yep, that's it. The extras on the Classic Who DVDs are really really good, as a general rule. Even the cheaper releases have a commentary, a documentary and production notes. So whichever one you end up getting, it'll probably be worth it!

Cool beans. I think it'll be either the Ark in Space or Genesis of the Daleks then. Now that the new series is on hiatus it'll be fun to watch those episodes again :)

Nice to see some Classic Who! :) Saved a bunch from "The Ark in Space"--love the clarity of these. Also, the Tardis one from "The Invasion of Time", 'going home' from the Seven set, and all the misc--yay for the lady Professor! :) Will credit with use.
