1) dalek time war eight

This icon makes me SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY. Look at the expression of blissful contentment on Eight's face! If only the Time Lords had hugged the Daleks more, the Time War would never have happened. Probably.
2) buffy finds a shiny thing
I love Buffy (both the character and the show) and I also love shiny things, this combines both into one icon shaped package. It reminds me of some dialogue I liked from that scene:
Giles: It's obviously of supernatural origin.
Buffy: How do you know?
Giles: [clearly wasn't expecting to be called on this] Well, it's... so shiny.
And Buffy is pretty in it. Looking at it again, I'm not too happy with the colouring. If I ever get my replacement laptop, I might have another go at it.
3) cybermen invade!

All ofjust_say_maybe's icons are so pretty! Lovely colours and textures. Poor Cybermen, their attempts to be all sneaky are foiled by the fact that they're seven foot tall and made of shiny metal.
4) avon
I am very fond of Avon (and his snarky comments) and every time I go across the river Avon or put down "Avon" as my county (because some stupid online forms don't understand that I live in a unitary authority) it makes me happy. He is wearing one of his non-comedy outfits in this picture, which is good - it's a sort of futuristic sailor suit, but it's better than that makes it sound, and it suits him. That glowy bit on the corner is also the only icon decorating thing I can do.
5) big finish YAY
Because Big Finish is love. This picture is from behind the scenes on Minuet in Hell, which was one of the first audios I bought (it was in a charity shop). I hadn't really got the hang of listening to them at that point and ended up only tuning my brain in when I heard Paul McGann or Nick Courtney. Which probably explains why I am quite fond of it. Anyway, I like the picture: Charley, Eight and the Brig, all happy in the sunshine. Yay!
