Erm, I may have accidentally signed up for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
tardis_bigbang despite having not actually finished any fanfic for, oh, seven years. (It was dreadful. It is now thankfully long lost, somewhere in the depths of the intertubes. We shall not speak of it.) On the other hand, I have got about 6,000 words already. On the other other hand (*does quick hand count*) I also have a lot of "insert plot here" style gaps. Oh well, we shall see.
Today on my Facebook news feed: "Martha Jones and Elizabeth Weir are now friends." HEE. And actually, I can see them getting on really well.
I feel this entry needs a third paragraph. So a link (from Dachelle on Snarkfest): A list of changes to The Dark Is Rising, or whatever they've decide to call it now. INSERT TOWERING RAGE HERE. Seriously, do not go and see this film. Everyone involved with it needs to learn that gutting a beloved book in this fashion does not lead to making lots of lovely money. You know it's bad when one actress is being praised for being the only person to have actually read all the books.

I did not say this, in case I suddenly came to my sense and thought OMGWTFBBQ am I doing?
Luckily, Susan beat Romana by one vote, Rose by nine, other suggestion by eleven and don't care, yay ticky box by eight.
So I can feel totally justified. I do not have anything written down yet, but I do have quite a few ideas. (Must research Seven the Great Manipulator)
