Friends
Rachel Green. Rachel is my favourite Friend. I don't know why, she just is.

Miranda
Miranda. Oh Miranda, how I love her! She is dorky and ridiculous and endearing and is it time for season three yet?

Leverage
Eliot Spencer. It looks like Parker is walking away with this category, which I am very happy about, but I think I love Eliot the best (though only just), because his hair is magical I find him constantly amusing. Also I identify with him a lot, because I am also a master chef, proficient in all the fighty arts, and capable of identifying FBI guys solely from their stance. (It's a very distinctive stance.) I might be lying about that a bit. But I do identify with the way he is often entertainingly grumpy, and sometimes very cheerful.

Buffy/Angel
Buffy Summers. OBVIOUSLY THIS CATEGORY IS FOR BUFFY. I did have a moment of "maybe I should give someone else a chance, since Buffy won last year?", but, well, she is BUFFY. I must vote for her, that is the way it must be.

Doctor Who/Torchwood/SJA
Amy Pond. I must admit that I threw my hands up in despair when I got to this category. THERE ARE SO MANY. HOW DO I CHOOSE? So I went for Amy, as I love her VERY MUCH, and also she might be in with a chance, maybe. *waves Team Amy flag* Oh, but looking at it now, Amy is a long way behind and Ten and Eleven are neck and neck, maybe I should vote for Eleventy instead? TERRIBLE DILEMMA.

Merlin
Gwen. I was very tired on Tuesday night and almost accidentally voted for Merlin. WHOOPS. Gwen is the queen of hearts, she always tries to do the right thing even when it's difficult or terrifying, and also she is made of sunshine.

I voted for lots of other people too, but have fewer feelings about my choices there. Many of them seem to be either not in with the slightest chance (Teyla! ;_;) or the runaway favourite (Veronica Mars!), for some reason.

I voted and campaigned for Amy at first, but Ten and Eleven are, like, four votes away from each other! So I had to betray my girl and switch my vote. :( But I like how many votes she managed to get before people started switching! It's good to know there is Amy love out there!

At this point, I think Eliot's hair has it's own gravitational pull. Gravitational pull OF HOTNESS. It is hard to resist.

They were just mean to combine DW, TW, AND SJA. That's just...too much awesome for one category! I was caught between Amy and Martha. In the end, I chose Martha but it was a TOUGH DECISION.

If Gwen wins at Merlin I will do a happy dance. Full of glee. Go Gwen go! :D

IKR? Just New Who on its own would've been a hard decision. I keep going back and forth on whether I love Amy or Martha more, they are both so awesome.

Alas, a Gwen victory was not to be. :( She was a strong second, though!

I think it opened last week - that was half term, so I'd assume they'd want to be open for that. But it's definitely open now!

I still haven't seen Merlin beyond season one, but I do hope that Gwen wins in her category. She is maybe even the only reason why I would ever resume watching the show. Queen of hearts indeed.

I gave up on Merlin at the beginning of the most recent series, and hearing that Gwen continues to be great is the only thing tempting me to go back and watch any of it! Alas, she didn't win, but she was a good second.

I love Fandom March Madness. My little sister is really into it too, so we've been texting like crazy over it, and that was just the preliminaries! (And we're in different countries, so, oops, it's a bit spendy!)

I ended up backing Eleven when it became a two-horse race. I was, I admit, irritated by the way EVERYONE EVER was included in that one...like, no one voted for Mel! But what's the point of giving her a vote then, you know? Oh well, onward! Did you fill out the office poll? I did for the first time.

I thought about the office poll, but dithered about whether to do it or not for too long and ran out of time!

I quite liked seeing everyone in the poll, but it was obvious that no one from Classic really stood a chance. And it was sad seeing so many people with no votes, or just one or two. D: I wish it had had a category of it's own - no obvious frontrunner plus lots of people not knowing who to vote for could've made for some fun campaigning in the comments! Though admittedly whoever did get through would most likely have got knocked out in the first round...
