(no subject)

The end bit of last night at work was quite stressful (argh argh I hate photocopiers) but then I went home and watched Deep Space Nine and it was all better again. I much prefer serious episodes with funny lines/moments to straight up comedy episodes. And the ending was fantastic! I have now bumped the next season up to priority one on Screenselect. Speaking of which, I saw House of Flying Daggers on Tuesday. Pretty good but not as gorgeous as Hero or Crouching Tiger.

Some conversations wot I have had with the TV recently:

Dancing on Ice*: *eliminates John Barrowman*
Me: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

BBC Announcer Man: And University Challenge will be back in a month.
Me: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Random Advert: Marie Claire has discovered the surprising secret to great hair!
Me: It's Head and Shoulders again, isn't it?
Random Advert: Head and Shoulders!
Me: Well I never.

From this we can conclude that I am grumpy and cynical, and I watch too much TV. Not really news, I suppose.

Nothing else to report really. Going out for a meal with Phil and her Mysterious New Boyfriend tonight, should be fun.
