- Just realised that I will be on a train next week when the final episode of Spooks is being broadcast. DISASTER. So most of next Monday will be spent dodging spoilers. Am slightly terrified of what might happen: "rocks fall, everybody dies" is a distinct possibility, I feel. Anyway, I will probably cry as I have been watching this ridiculous program for over a third of my life now. Re. last night's episode: ( spoilers )
- People of the internet! Can anyone recommend me any superhero films with female leads? I was reading SFX's top 50 superhero films poll results the other day and it contained only one female led film (Supergirl, at number 37), which made me sad. But then I tried to think of things that should've been in there and couldn't, which made me even sadder. (NB I haven't seen Electra or Catwoman, so can't judge if their exclusion was a) unjust or b) reasonable.) Surely there are some out there?
