Fires of Vulcan is great. The One Doctor is one of my faves.
I'm not as much of a fan of Shadow of the Scourge which I recently heard for the first time ... but I do like hearing Benny with The Doctor--you're right it's a good intro.
I'd add The Marion Conspiracy to the list (intro of Evelyn for the win and I think it's a really good historical).
The Holy Terror is also one of my all time faves (except I think it has a rather Star Treky end). It's absolutely brilliant.
