BBC 2 buys terrestrial rights to Heroes, yays! So now I will be able to see it on the actual tv, yes. And by the time it gets there I will prolly have bought a Shiny New TV of some sort. I am v. excited about all this so it better not be rubbish.
I have less than 5000 words of nano left to do. This is v. unprecendented. Now I just have to not get all complacent and fall at the last hurdle because not finishing at this point would be dead frustrating.
And I am going home to shiny Cheltenham and shiny family tonight, hurray! It be the father's birthday which is a thing of good. Also I will get my Invasion DVD!

Date: 1 Dec 2006 19:23 (UTC)The Sci-Fi channel is going to show it at as well apparently. Oh every day I bless my digital TV box because from what I've read of that show, it sounds like the kind of thing that would really appeal to me. Plus Christopher Eccleston is supposed to be starring in it. Yay!
Oh, and Invasion DVD? So jealous, but in a good way. :-)

Date: 4 Dec 2006 12:09 (UTC)I don't have the Sci-Fi channel, too mean to spend extra money, so I have to wait for things to turn up on freeview (and then moan when they don't). You'll have to let me know if it's rubbish, then I can prepare for the worst! It does sound really cool though, I like things with big casts and superpowers :-) I heard about Christopher Eccleston too, definitely a Thing of Good.
Ooo, The Invasion is so shiny! Highly recommended. Though admittedly I have only watched the first episode so far (I'm watching one a week) but it filled me with glee!
