I have eight invitations to Google Wave, would anyone like one? Is anyone already using it? And if so, any hints? I get the basic concept, but I'm not sure how to sort of start using it, if you see what I mean. Mostly I am just sitting there going ??? at it a lot.

(And while I am here, here are some other places where I am, feel free to add/friend etc, or not, or whatever you like: twitter, librarything, ravelry, oh and last.fm, but I don't really know what I'm doing with that one. No change there, then.)

I think last.fm is most fun if you're a bit anally retentive about your music habits and like having little charts and watching them change over time. (Things that make me happy, going to a small band's gig listening to their songs obsessively and discovering I'm one of their top listeners)

Ooo, I like the charts, I hadn't spotted those before! I also like the word "scrobble". It makes me laugh a lot more than it should.

Sent! It says they won't send out the invitations immediately, but if it never ever turns up, let me know in case I've messed something up...

Done! (And yay! It's fun, isn't it?) For the things I couldn't find on Amazon, I went into "add the book manually" on the bottom left of the Add Books page and plugged in as many details as I could find on the book.
